SemiLEDs Qualifies Veeco MOCVD System for High Volume LED Production

PLAINVIEW, N.Y.-( Business Wire )-Veeco Instruments Inc. (Nasdaq: VECO) announced today that SemiLEDs Corporation (Nasdaq: LEDS) has recently qualified the TurboDisc® K465i™ gallium nitride (GaN) Metal Organic Chemical Vapor Deposition (MOCVD) System for high-volume production of high brightness light emitting diodes (LEDs) at its state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Taiwan.
