New York, February 7th (TradersHuddle.com) - Research Calls ahead of the market open.

Yamana Gold (NYSE:AUY) was downgraded to a Hold from Buy at Dahlman Rose based on valuation.

SL Green Realty (NYSE:SLG) was downgraded to a Hold from Buy at Jefferies.

Fossil (NASDAQ:FOSL) was downgraded to a Hold from Buy at Brean Murray, as its $100 target price has been achieved.

Urban Outfitters (NASDAQ:URBN) was downgraded to a Sell from Hold at Brean Murray. The firm set its target price at $23.

Warnaco Group (NYSE:WRC) was downgraded to a Hold from Buy at Brean Murray.

Diebold (NYSE:DBD) was upgraded to a Neutral from Underweight at JPMorgan.

Seaspan (NYSE:SSW) was downgraded to Market Perform from Outperform at Wells Fargo.

Charles Schwab (NASDAQ:SCHW) was upgraded to a Buy from Hold at the ISI Group.

Fabrinet (NYSE:FN) was upgraded to Overweight from Underweight at Morgan Stanley.

Henry Schein (NASDAQ:HSIC) was downgraded to a Neutral from Outperform at Credit Suisse.
