SanDisk Corporation (NASDAQ:SNDK), a global leader in flash memory storage solutions, today announced that it will provide a live webcast of its 2012 Analyst Day Meeting on Thursday, February 16, 2012 starting at 8:00 am, Pacific Time. The event will include presentations from members of the company's executive team. It is expected that the presentations, followed by a question and answer session, will conclude by approximately 2:00 pm, Pacific Time.

The live webcast will be made available on SanDisk’s Investor Relations website at www.sandisk.com/ir and a replay will be available shortly after the conclusion of the meeting.
