UBS AG (NYSE:UBS) was downgraded to a Sell from Hold at Deutsche Bank.

Royal Bank of Scotland (NYSE:RBS) was downgraded to a Neutral from Buy at Citigroup.

Steris (NYSE:STE) was downgraded to Market Perform from Market Outperform at JMP Securities.

Demand Media (NYSE:DMD) was downgraded to Underweight from Equal Weight at Morgan Stanley.

Owens Corning (NYSE:OC) was downgraded to a Neutral from Buy at Citigroup.

Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria (NYSE:BBVA) was upgraded to a Neutral from Reduce at WestLB.

Denbury Resources (NYSE:DNR) was downgraded to a Neutral from Positive at Susquehanna.
