MONTREAL, Feb. 8, 2012 /PRNewswire/ - Boralex Inc. (" Boralex " or the " Corporation ") announces that the release of the 2011 fourth quarter financial results will take place on February 21, 2012.

Financial analysts are invited to attend a conference call during which the financial results will be presented.
