Northrop Grumman Wins $103 Million Army National Guard Training Support Task Order

HERNDON, Va., Feb. 8, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The U.S. Department of the Interior has awarded Northrop Grumman Corporation (NYSE:NOC) a three-year, $103 million contract to support the Mission Command Training Support Program (MCTSP). Under the contract, which includes one base year and two option years, Northrop Grumman provides support to the National Guard Bureau Mission Training Complexes (MTC) at Fort Leavenworth, Kan., Camp Dodge, Iowa, and Fort Indiantown Gap, Penn.

"Northrop Grumman has more than 20 years of experience providing mission rehearsal training across multiple Department of Defense and joint programs and we look forward to assisting the National Guard in their mission."

Northrop Grumman will provide mission command systems training and mission rehearsal. The MCTSP also provides individual and collective training support using live, virtual, and serious gaming; constructive and individual learning environments; and mobile training solutions.
