Interactive Brokers - Worst Performing Broker

New York, February 8th (TradersHuddle.com) - The overall market traded higher with the S&P 500 adding 0.22%. Stocks of Broker / Dealers also traded higher, with NYSE Broker/Dealer index closing the session at $96.835, which represents 0.1% versus previous day close. Shares of Charles Schwab, the securities brokerage, banking, and other related financial services provider, have defined support at $11.34 and resistance at $12.90.

Nomura (NYSE:NMR) was also among the top performers, closed the trading session at $4.07 representing 0.99% from its previous close. Nomura, the global finanicial services company based in Tokyo, Japan has calculated support and resistance levels at $3.50 and $3.98 respectively. The other top performer was E*TRADE (NASDAQ:ETFC), which closed the trading session at $9.19 representing 0.93% from the previous session.

The sector's worst performers include Interactive Brokers (NASDAQ:IBKR) that closed the trading session at $15.11 or -0.79% from the previous close. Shares of Interactive Brokers, the automated global electronic market maker and broker have defined support at $15.04 and resistance at $16.06. Also among the worst performers was TD Ameritrade (NASDAQ:AMTD), which closed the trading session at $16.95 representing -0.64% from the previous session.
