Dow Declares Quarterly Dividend of 25 Cents per Share

The Dow Chemical Company (NYSE: DOW) has declared a dividend of 25 cents per share, payable April 30, 2012, to shareholders of record on March 30, 2012.

This marks the 402^nd consecutive cash dividend issued by the Company. Dow has paid its shareholders cash dividends every quarter since 1912.
