NEW YORK, Feb. 9, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Bernstein Liebhard LLP is investigating whether the Board of Directors of Taleo Corporation ("Taleo" or the "Company") (NASDAQ: TLEO) breached its fiduciary duty to its shareholders in agreeing to sell Taleo to Oracle Corporation (NASDAQ: ORCL).
