MTS Announces Declaration of Quarterly Cash Dividend

EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn., Feb. 9, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- MTS Systems Corporation (NASDAQ: MTSC) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.25 per share. The dividend is payable on April 2, 2012 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 12, 2012. This is MTS Systems Corporation's 121st consecutive quarterly dividend.
