WMS Industries (NYSE:WMS) was downgraded to a Sell from Neutral at Goldman Sachs.
Lazard (NYSE:LAZ) was downgraded to Underperform from Neutral at Bank of America Merrill.
Level 3 Communications (NASDAQ:LVLT) was upgraded to a Buy from Neutral at Bank of America Merrill.
Veeco Instruments (NASDAQ:VECO) was upgraded to a Buy from Hold at Deutsche Bank.
Aixtron (NASDAQ:AIXG) was upgraded to a Buy from Hold at Deutsche Bank.
Exco Resources (NYSE:XCO) was downgraded to Underperform from Hold at Jefferies.
Digital Realty Trust (NYSE:DLR) was downgraded to a Hold from Buy at Jefferies.
NuVasive (NASDAQ:NUVA) was upgraded to Outperform from Market Perform at JMP Securities.
Norfolk Southern (NYSE:NSC) was downgraded to Equal Weight from Overweight at Barclays.
Union Pacific (NYSE:UNP) was upgraded to Overweight from Equal Weight at Barclays.
