Viper Motorcycle Company acquires PMFR

AUBURN, Ala., April 30, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Viper Powersports, Inc. (OTCQB: VPWI), announced today that it has acquired the assets of Shakopee, MN based PMFR, which operates under the name Precision Metal Fab Racing.   

PMFR has been operating for 36 years and is a leading manufacturer of performance racing bikes and components.  PMFR markets its products worldwide through pmfronline.com and other distributors.  PMFR Inc., a new, wholly owned subsidiary, will serve as the aftermarket, high performance division of Viper Powersports, Inc.

Founder and Principal of PMFR, John Trutnau stated, "I look forward to the opportunity of continued growth for PMFR with the support and additional resources from Viper Powersports.  We have built numerous custom, race and NHRA Championship bikes; however, what I am really looking forward to is building an NHRA Championship Winning Pro Stock Motorcycle featuring the Viper-Ilmor racing engine."
