The Wendy’s Company Announces Regular Quarterly Cash Dividend of $0.02 Per Share

DUBLIN, Ohio-( Business Wire )-The Wendy’s Company (NASDAQ: WEN) announced the declaration of its regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.02 per share, payable on June 15, 2012 to stockholders of record as of June 1, 2012.
As of April 1, 2012, The Wendy’s Company had approximately 390 million shares of common stock outstanding.
