According to the Kellogg's "Breakfast in America" survey (2), nearly half of all adults are looking for a breakfast that gives them energy and doesn't leave them feeling hungry, and one-third admit they feel tired and sluggish when they skip it altogether.  What these adults may not know is that a serving of Kellogg's Mini-Wheats cereal contains more fiber and whole grains than steel-cut oats or eggs and toast.
