ITT Declares Second-Quarter Dividend of 9.1 Cents Per Share

WHITE PLAINS, N.Y.-( Business Wire )-The board of directors of ITT Corporation (NYSE: ITT) has declared a cash dividend of 9.1 cents per share for the second quarter of 2012. This cash dividend will be payable July 1, 2012, to shareholders of record on May 25, 2012.
