Air Products Declares Quarterly Dividend

LEHIGH VALLEY, Pa., May 17, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of Air Products (NYSE: APD) today declared a quarterly dividend of 64 cents per share of common stock. The dividend is payable on August 13, 2012 to shareholders of record at the close of business on July 2, 2012.
