Latitude Solutions, Inc. Hires Oil and Gas Industry Veteran, Mr. Jerry Langdon as Chairman and CEO

BOCA RATON, Fla., May 22, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Latitude Solutions, Inc. (OTC QB: LATI), a water engineering and remediation company, announced today the appointment of Mr. Jerry J. Langdon as Chairman and CEO. Mr. Langdon has over 40 years of experience in top level management positions in the Oil and Gas, and electric power industries.

Mr. Langdon most recently was Chief Administrative and Compliance Officer of Energy Transfer Partners ( NYSE: ETP). Energy Transfer Partners is a 10 Billion+ company specializing in the transport of natural gas, natural gas liquids, natural gas processing and treating and storage business in the U.S. Just prior to ETP, Jerry was Chief Administrative and Compliance Officer for Reliant Energy. He has held Sr. Executive Positions with El Paso Energy Partners and has served as a Director of several public and private boards. In October 1988, Mr. Langdon was appointed to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission by President Ronald Regan and served in that capacity until 1993.
