Praxair (NYSE:PX) was upgraded to Outperform from Neutral at Robert W. Baird. The firm set its target price at $124.

Jack In The Box (NASDAQ:JACK) was upgraded to a Buy from Hold at Jefferies.

Kinder Morgan (NYSE:KMI) was upgraded to Overweight from Equal Weight at Morgan Stanley.

Bon-Ton Stores (NASDAQ:BONT) was upgraded to a Neutral from Underperform at Credit Suisse.

D.R. Horton (NYSE:DHI) was upgraded to a Buy from Neutral at Citigroup.

W.W. Grainger (NYSE:GWW) was upgraded to a Buy from Neutral at UBS.

Owens Corning (NYSE:OC) was upgraded to a Buy from Neutral at Citigroup.

Pall (NYSE:PLL) was upgraded to a Neutral from Underweight at JPMorgan.

PulteGroup (NYSE:PHM) was upgraded to a Buy from Neutral at Citigroup.
