SAIC Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend

MCLEAN, Va., June 18, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- SAIC, Inc. (NYSE: SAI) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.12 per outstanding share of common stock. The cash dividend is payable on July 30, 2012 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on July 16, 2012.
