What:

Chanticleer Holdings Inc. [HOTR], an international franchisee of Hooters restaurants, will visit the NASDAQ MarketSite in Times Square in celebration of their upgrade and recent offering, which took place on June 21, 2012, on the NASDAQ Capital Market.

In honor of the occasion, Mike Pruitt, Chairman & CEO of Chanticleer, along with the CEO of Hooters, Terry Marks, will ring the Closing Bell.
