Neologic Animation Inc. Makes Strategic Appointment With New Chief Development Officer

HANGZHOU, China, June 27, 2012 /PRNewswire/ - Neologic Animation Inc. (OTCBB:NANI),- (The Company) an educational software Company in the People's Republic of China, announced today that Mr. Gangfeng Zhang of Insigma Technology Company Ltd. has been appointed Chief Development Officer.

Mr. Zhang earned his Master's Degree in Computer Software Engineering from Zhejiang University of Hangzhou in 2010.  Prior to this, Mr. Zhang earned his Bachelor's degree in computer science from Zhejiang Industrial University of Hangzhou.  After graduating in Zhejiang Industrial University in July of 2003 he joined Insigma Technology Company Ltd, a Hangzhou based IT services and outsourcing firm. His first tenure with this company was served as a technical engineer and then became their Technical Director where he currently maintains this position.

Mr. Zhang's experience in project management, computer science, and computer software engineering qualifies Mr. Zhang as the Company's Chief Development Officer.
