PCM Fund, Inc. Announces New Date of Annual Shareholder Meeting

NEW YORK-( Business Wire )-

PCM Fund, Inc. (NYSE:PCM) (the “Fund”) today announced that the Fund’s next annual Shareholder Meeting will be held on Monday, August 20, 2012, at 11:00 am, instead of on Thursday, July 19, 2012, as previously announced. The meeting will be held at the offices of Allianz Global Investors Fund Management LLC (“AGIFM”), at 1633 Broadway, between West 50th and West 51st Streets, 42nd Floor, New York, New York 10019. Shareholders of record as of the close of business on June 5, 2012 are entitled to be present and to vote at the meeting or any adjourned meeting.

AGIFM, an indirect, wholly-owned subsidiary of Allianz Asset Management of America L.P., serves as the Fund’s investment manager and is a member of Munich-based Allianz Group. Pacific Investment Management Company LLC, an AGIFM affiliate, serves as the Fund’s sub-adviser.
