PVR Partners Schedules Earnings Release and Conference Call for Second Quarter 2012 Results

RADNOR, Pa., July 5, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Penn Virginia Resource Partners, L.P. (NYSE: PVR) today announced that it will release financial results for the second quarter of 2012 before market opening on July 25, 2012 and hold a conference call to discuss those results on Wednesday, July 25, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. ET.  The conference call will be publicly available via webcast on a live and replay basis.  The text of the press release and links to the webcast will be available at PVR's website, http://www.pvrpartners.com, as well as through other electronic business news services.  The webcast may also be accessed directly at http://www.videonewswire.com/event.asp?id=88074.
