(Nasdaq:CNSL) will release its second quarter 2012 financial results before the market opens on August 2, 2012. The company intends to host a conference call and simultaneous webcast at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time / 10:00 a.m. Central Time on the same day to discuss results and developments with respect to the company.
