HANGZHOU, China, July 18, 2012 /PRNewswire/ - Neologic Animation Inc. (OTCBB: NANI),- (The Company), an educational software company in the People's Republic of China, announced the appointment of Mr. Tianqiao Chen (http://www.forbes.com/profile/tianqiao-chen/) of Shanda Interactive Entertainment Limited (SNDA), as the Company's Technical Advisor.

Mr Chen is one of the pioneers of the Chinese online and interactive gaming industry. A self-made entrepreneur, Mr Chen is listed on the Forbes billionaires list. Mr. Chen also serves as a board director of Shanda Games (NASDAQ:GAME),

Mr. Chen graduated from Fudan University with a degree in Economics in 1994.  With only RMB 500,000 Yuan of start-up capital, he co-founded SNDA in 1999 and in 2001 launched the company into the online gaming industry.  Under Mr. Chen's leadership, SNDA was listed on the NASDAQ in 2004 and raised $151.8 million, and then the company was taken private in February, of 2012.  It continues to be a global leader in the interactive entertainment media industry.
