CHARLOTTE, N.C., July 23, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Sonic Automotive, Inc. (NYSE: SAH), a leader in automotive retailing, today announced that its Board of Directors approved a quarterly dividend of $0.025 per share payable in cash for stockholders of record on September 14, 2012.  The dividend will be payable on October 15, 2012.
