01 Communique Receives Positive Decision from United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit in LogMeIn Patent Litigation

TORONTO, July 31, 2012 /PRNewswire/ - 01 Communique (TSX:ONE) today received the Order from the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit in respect of the Company's appeal in its patent litigation against LogMeIn Inc. remanding the case back to the district court for trial. The Order sided with 01 Communique and provides a claim construction in accord with the construction offered by 01 Communique.

Stating in the Order that the district court's ruling was based on an erroneous claim construction, the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit vacated the district court's summary judgment of non-infringement by LogMeIn and remanded the case back to the district court for further proceedings which is consistent with the new claim construction.
