Customers Will Soon Have Access to Verizon Wireless 4G LTE Network in Thomasville, GA

ALPHARETTA, Ga., Aug. 3, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Verizon Wireless customers will be able to experience the speed and capabilities offered by its 4G Long Term Evolution (LTE) network when it is introduced in Thomasville, GA in coming weeks, the company announced today. 

The launch in Thomasville will provide customers access to the Verizon Wireless 4G LTE network to locally surf the Web, stream music and video, quickly access over-the-air applications, and stay in touch with family and friends at speeds up to 10 times faster than before.  Verizon Wireless currently covers more than 230 million people in 337 markets across the United States with the nation's largest 4G LTE network.           

When Verizon Wireless 4G LTE launches in Thomasville, customers who visit or live in Thomasville including the routes of U.S. Highway 319, U.S. Highway 84, U.S. Highway 19, U.S. Highway 38, state Route 122 and state Route 3 will have access to the nation's fastest 4G network.
