Dow Jones Round Up - Higher: KFT, PG, AA

New York, August 3rd (TradersHuddle.com) - The Dow Jones Industrial Average is higher trading at 13131.7, which represents 1.96% versus its previous trading session close, with all of its components trading in positive territory.

Kraft (NASDAQ:KFT) is the Dow's top performer this morning with the stock trading at $40.58 representing 4.21% versus the previous trading session. Shares of Kraft, the maker of Velveeta cheese and Oreo cookies have defined support at $31.88 and resistance at $39.32.

Procter (NYSE:PG) is also among the top performers early in the session, trading at $65.64 representing 3.36% from its previous close. Procter, the global consumer products company has calculated support and resistance levels at $59.07 and $65.75 respectively. The other top performer this morning is Alcoa (NYSE:AA), which is trading at $8.45 representing 3.3% from the previous trading session.

The Dow's worst performers include McDonald's (NYSE:MCD) that is trading at $89.9 or 0.35% from the previous close. Shares of McDonald's, the largest restaurant chain in the world have defined support at $87.62 and resistance at $90.76. Also among the worst performers we have Verizon (NYSE:VZ), which is trading at $44.82 representing 0.45% from the previous session.

Benchmark crude for August delivery is also trading higher at $92.66 a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange higher by $0 from the previous trading session.

The Dow is under performing the S&P 500, but is pretty much equal with the NASDAQ composite. The S&P 500 is currently trading at 1393.59, which represents 2.09% from previous close, the Nasdaq on the other hand is trading at 2972.7 that represents 2.16% from previous session.
