Neologic Animation Inc. Signs Deal With Prominent Dongying Youth Training Base

HANGZHOU, China, Aug. 9, 2012 /PRNewswire/ - Neologic Animation Inc. (OTCBB: NANI),- (The Company), an educational software company in the People's Republic of China, announced today that the Company has signed a letter of intent to co-operate with the prestigious Dongying Youth Palace Training Base (Dongying) in the heart of Shandong Province.

Founded over 50 years ago, Dongying can provide more than 20,000 students a day with training from the "Naniya World" website.  In addition, the base is set to become the exclusive agent for the Company in the Dongying region, distributing its eduCards for the website as well as serving as an off-line training base.
