U-Haul Company of Southern Arizona Expands U-Haul Self-Storage Operations with the Purchase of Capitol Self Storage

TUCSON, Ariz., Sept. 7, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- U-Haul Company of Southern Arizona recently announced that it has expanded the U-Haul network of self-storage locations with its purchase of an existing Arizona storage facility located at 6755 East Golf Links Road in Tucson, Arizona.

The new U-Haul at Rincon II features six one-story metal self-storage buildings offering more than 460 exterior drive up storage rooms and 25 RV parking spaces totaling more than 36,285 square feet of net rentable self-storage. The facility also will feature U-Box pods for moving and storage. With a U-Box pod, you can conveniently pick up our custom-designed trailer and take your U-Box pod with you. After you fill up the U-Box pod, we can store it for you in our secure warehouse or deliver it to a location of your choice.

U-Haul at Rincon II will showcase 24-hour security with electronically controlled access, state-of-the-art digital video surveillance, your lock/your key, FREE use of storage carts, no deposit or administration fees, a convenient credit-card payment plan and available low-cost Safestor Protection to help safeguard customers' personal possessions.

U-Haul at Rincon II also will be selling a wide variety of environmentally friendly packing supplies: boxes made out of recyclable materials, 100 percent biodegradable packing peanuts and moving pads made from recycled denim. Also on site will be a Take a Box/Leave a Box display, which allows customers or anyone in the community to leave moving boxes or unwanted electronics boxes for another customer to reuse for free, instead of throwing them away or recycling them. 

Customers who rent a U-Haul moving van, trailer or U-Box portable storage for a one-way move can receive one month of free storage before or after their move.
