Nevada Gold Expands Its Deadwood, SD Slot Operation

HOUSTON, Sept. 12, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Nevada Gold & Casinos, Inc. (NYSE:UWN) added to its exiting 900 slot machine route operation in Deadwood, South Dakota by entering into an agreement to operate approximately 50 slot machines at The Midnight Star, a casino and restaurant located in the heart of Deadwood.

Nevada Gold will own and operate the slot machines under a five-year revenue sharing agreement with the casino's owner. This will be the 21st location in Deadwood where the company provides such services.

Deadwood is the only community in South Dakota that is permitted to have commercial gaming. Located in the Black Hills area, Deadwood attracts more than one million visitors annually.
