Altria (NYSE: MO) was upgraded to a Buy from Neutral at Citigroup.

AutoNation (NYSE: AN) was upgraded to a Buy from Neutral at Bank of America Merrill.

Charles Schwab (NASDAQ: SCHW) was downgraded to Underweight from Equal Weight at Evercore Partners

ConAgra (NYSE: CAG) was upgraded to a Buy from Neutral at UBS.

Cooper Tire & Rubber (NYSE: CTB) was downgraded to a Hold from Buy at KeyBanc Capital Market.

E*TRADE (NASDAQ: ETFC) was downgraded to Underweight from Equal Weight at Evercore Partners.

Goodyear Tire & Rubber (NYSE: GT) was downgraded to a Hold from Buy at KeyBanc Capital Market.

IHS Inc (NYSE: IHS) was downgraded to a Neutral from Outperform at Robert W. Baird. The firm lowered its target price to $105 from $116.

International Paper (NYSE: IP) was upgraded to a Buy from Hold at Deutsche Bank.

KapStone Paper and Packaging Corp (NYSE: KS) was upgraded to a Buy from Hold at Deutsche Bank.

MasterCard (NYSE: MA) was upgraded to a Buy from Neutral at Citigroup.

Packaging Corp (NYSE: PKG) was upgraded to a Buy from Hold at Deutsche Bank.

Penford Corp (NASDAQ: PENX) was downgraded to a Hold from Buy at Jefferies.

Rock-Tenn (NYSE: RKT) was upgraded to a Buy from Hold at Deutsche Bank.
