AK Steel (NYSE: AKS) was downgraded to a Sell from Neutral at Citigroup.

Allergan (NYSE: AGN) was upgraded to Outperform from Underperform at Credit Agricole.

Baxter (NYSE: BAX) was downgraded to a Hold from Buy at Deutsche Bank.

Cooper Tire (NYSE: CTB) was upgraded to a Buy from Hold at Deutsche Bank.

Crown Castle (NYSE: CCI) was downgraded to a Neutral from Outperform at Macquarie.

Darden Restaurants (NYSE: DRI) was downgraded to a Neutral from Positive at Susquehanna and to a Neutral from Overweight at JPMorgan.

Embraer SA (NYSE: ERJ) was downgraded to a Neutral from Overweight at JPMorgan.

Flowserve (NYSE: FLS) was downgraded to a Hold from Buy at Jefferies.

LyondellBasell (NYSE: LYB) was upgraded to Outperform from Underperform at Credit Agricole.

Micron Technology (NASDAQ: MU) was downgraded to Sector Perform from Outperform at Pacific Crest.

PVH Corp. (NYSE: PVH) was upgraded to Overweight from Neutral at Piper Jaffray.

Questar (NYSE: STR) was upgraded to a Buy from Neutral at UBS.

Questcor Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ: QCOR) was downgraded to a Market Perform from Outperform at Leerink Swann.

Regal-Beloit (NYSE: RBC) was downgraded to a Hold from Buy at Jefferies.

Rubicon Technology (NASDAQ: RBCN) was upgraded to a Neutral from Sell at Goldman Sachs.

United States Steel (NYSE: X) was downgraded to a Neutral from Buy at Citigroup.

Veeco Instruments (NASDAQ: VECO) was downgraded to a Sell from Neutral at Goldman Sachs.
