Baidu (NASDAQ: BIDU) was downgraded to Outperform from Strong Buy at Raymond James.

Barclays, (NYSE: BCS) was downgraded to a Neutral from Buy at UBS.

BB&T Corp. (NYSE: BBT) was downgraded to a Hold from Buy at Deutsche Bank.

Cimarex (NYSE: XEC) was upgraded to Outperform at FBR Capital.

Citigroup (NYSE: C) was upgraded to Outperform from Market Perform at Keefe Bruyette.

Comstock Resources (NYSE: CRK) was upgraded to Outperform at FBR Capital.

Consolidated Edison (NYSE: ED) was downgraded to Underperform from Neutral at Credit Suisse.

Devon Energy (NYSE: DVN) was upgraded to Outperform at FBR Capital.

Fifth Third Bancorp (NASDAQ: FITB) was downgraded to Market Perform from Outperform at Wells Fargo.

Goldcorp (NYSE: GG) was downgraded to a Hold from Buy at Deutsche Bank.

KB Home (NYSE: KBH) was downgraded to a Sell from Neutral at Citigroup.

Kinross Gold (NYSE: KGC) was upgraded to Outperform from Sector Perform at RBC Capital.

Lennar (NYSE: LEN) was upgraded to a Neutral from Sell at Citigroup.

Liberty Media (NASDAQ: LMCA) was upgraded to a Buy from Neutral at Citigroup.

Lloyds Banking Group (NYSE: LYG) was downgraded to a Neutral from Buy at UBS.

ON Semiconductor (NASDAQ: ONNN) was upgraded to a Buy from Hold at ThinkEquity.

Pan American Silver (NASDAQ: PAAS) was upgraded to a Buy from Hold at Deutsche Bank.

PNC Financial (NYSE: PNC) was upgraded to a Buy from Hold at Deutsche Bank.

Royal Bank of Scotland (NYSE: RBS) was downgraded to a Neutral from Buy at UBS.

Wells Fargo (NYSE: WFC) was downgraded to a Hold from Buy at Deutsche Bank.

Whiting Petroleum (NYSE: WLL) was downgraded to a Neutral from Buy at Sun Trust Robinson Humphrey.
