New York, October 19^th (TradersHuddle.com) – Following are some of the upgrades and downgrades before the market open.

Advanced Micro Devices (NYSE: AMD) was downgraded to Market Perform from Outperform at FBR Capital. The firm lowered its target price to $3 from $5.

Alliant Energy (NYSE: LNT) was upgraded to a Buy from Hold at Wunderlich. The firm raised its target price to $50 from $47.

Broadsoft (NASDAQ: BSFT) was upgraded to Outperform from Perform at Oppenheimer. The firm set its target price at $44.

Google (NASDAQ: GOOG) was downgraded to Perform from Outperform at Oppenheimer. The firm lowered its target price to $765 from $800.

Huntington Banc (NASDAQ: HBAN) was upgraded to Market Perform from Underperform at FBR Capital. The firm boosted its target price on the stock to $7.50 from $5.50.

Marvell (NASDAQ: MRVL) was downgraded to Market Perform from Outperform at FBR Capital. The firm lowered its target price to $9.50 from $12.50.

Northrop Grumman (NYSE: NOC) was downgraded to Perform from Outperform at Oppenheimer.

NVIDIA (NASDAQ: NVDA) was downgraded to Market Perform from Outperform at FBR Capital. The firm lowered its target price to $14 from $17.50.

T. Rowe Price (NASDAQ: TROW) was upgraded to Overweight from Neutral at JPMorgan.

Textron (NYSE: TXT) was upgraded to Overweight from Neutral at JPMorgan.

Verizon Communications (NYSE: VZ) was upgraded to Outperform from Sector Perform at Pacific Crest.
