Bulls Gaining Control of Tiffany

New York, January 23rd (TradersHuddle.com) - Shares of Tiffany & Co. (NYSE:TIF) ended the trading session
lower by $0.66 or -1.03% from its previous close. Tiffany's price action in the session formed what is considered to be a Hammer, where bears drove prices lower intraday. However, the strong finish indicates that bulls regained control, forming a trend reversal.
Tiffany & Co. (NYSE:TIF) designs and manufactures its fine jewelry and operates luxury and specialty retail stores. The Company retails its products through stores and boutiques, Internet and catalogs. The company also offers TIFFANY & CO. brand merchandise.
Tiffany's stock has been trading in a well defined range with calculated support at $58.65 and resistance at $63.92. This range can be used by traders to plan their next moves.
Traders wanting to establish a position in Tiffany or traders that are already holding the stock can use the hammer formation to their advantage, since the pattern signal a potential bullish trend reversal.
