Is Darden Restaurants Breaking Out?

New York, December 21st (TradersHuddle.com) - Shares of Darden Restaurants, Inc. (NYSE:DRI) closed the trading session at $44.70 just above calculated resistance at $44.10 moving to what appears to be a new range, as this move will clearly raise the attention of momentum buyers.
Darden Restaurants, Inc. (NYSE:DRI) operates casual dining restaurants and a high end steakhouse chain in North America. The Company operates restaurants under Red Lobster, Olive Garden, Bahama Breeze, and The Capital Grille names.
Darden's stock was trading in a well defined range with support at $41.65 and resistance at $44.10, given that this range was broken traders will be closely monitoring the stock
