Defined terms will have the same meaning as in Traders Huddle’s Terms of Service, unless otherwise defined herein.

AGE OF CONSENT
Traders Huddle takes special care to protect the privacy needs of children under the age of 13 and we encourage parents to be an active participant in their child’s online activities. Traders Huddle abides by the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and other relevant laws.
The Site does not target and is not intended for children under the age of 13, and Traders Huddle will not knowingly collect Personally Identifiable Information directly from them. If Traders Huddle discovers that a child has provided personal data directly through the Site, Traders Huddle will eliminate that data.

CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS
